Everytime my baby wears these diapers one side comes off and she either pees or poops all over herself

We have bought hundreds of dollar in pamper swaddlers diapers and I'm so disappointed we have blow out literally 4 to 5 times a day. My baby is 15lbs and in size 2 just as recommended but yet she is constantly having blow out and destroying her clothes. I don't understand why this keeps happening?

My son is 13 months old and has never been able to wear any of the line of diper he gets diaper rash bad from the lotions and fragrance in these I turly wish y'all made a frangrance free and lotion free dipers for super sensitive skin baby's

I have had all different kind of diapers from the baby shower. Pampers are my favorite for our little miss!

I buy swaddlers for my 13 pound Pomerian who is 9 years old. She has a bladder problem . Swaddler are the best, I've tried cheaper, but they just don't hold up. thank you
