Pampers Response - February 10, 2025
Thank you for your review!
Thanks, Jule, for reaching out to Pampers and sharing your experience with Pampers Pure Protection diapers. Ensuring the safety and comfort of all babies is at the heart of what we do, so we’re truly sorry to learn about your little one’s experience. Pampers Pure Protection diapers are crafted with thoughtfully selected materials, and the liner is enriched with shea butter to help protect baby’s skin, and all diapers are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, and gentle. Unfortunately, diaper rash is quite common, and it can be a result of many things. Friction, from a diaper moving around too much and not fitting snugly, as well as nutrition, teething, and other issues could be factors. We’d be honored to talk further with you about this purchase, and do what we can to resolve this concern. Call us Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 726-7377.
Gave my child an intense diaper rash
November 12, 2024We were gifted this brand at our baby shower and are now using them on our 8 month old. She hadn’t experienced diaper rash until we used these. While we don’t have a set brand of diapers that we use for her, these definitely do not make the list of the ones we will use from here. The material is very dry and we noticed that after strictly using these diapers her butt was very red and chafed. I would recommend classic pampers over this brand any day.

Beads explode
November 07, 2024I bought several of these specific diapers and now I’m stuck with them and I change my son often but now I went up a size and they spilt and explode with gel beads everywhere and I mean everywhere. They don’t hold but a hour worth of pee and make the biggest mess. I won’t be buying these again

Cotton fibers left behind
October 14, 2024These diapers left cotton strings and fibers that would get wrapped around and stuck in my sons little private. I would have to either use ointment or spend a lot of time trying to pick them out.

Pampers Response - October 15, 2024
Thank you for your review!
We're sorry to hear the cotton was coming off. We are committed to make safe, high-quality products that parents can confidently use for their baby. Our diapers go through many quality checks, so your experience is disappointing because we expect each diaper to reach you in the best possible condition. We recommend using your normal baby wipe to remove the fibers from your baby’s skin. If you find you are having difficulty removing the fibers, we find that a soft, dry cloth can help. Please call us at 1-800 726-7377, and we're happy to help you.

October 01, 2024I want to make know the diapers somepeople make questions about are some of the times the diapers that you could purchase and it would make due for the situation. These are the ones you would consider those.

Sizing and rash
February 06, 2025We used these in the hospital and had no problems but once we got home, almost 3 months ago, we used a different brand and are now back to pampers. They don’t fit that great and had to size up to size 2, almost 3, where as size 1 fits perfect from other brands. Alongside that he’s been getting a rash more frequently which he’s never had before until we used these. Other than these problems I love the pampers brand because their absorbency is better than any other brand I’ve tried.
